lavender lemonade cocktail
a floral & fruity dinner party favourite
of the many things i did in 2024, my year of new beginnings, one of my proudest moments was launching my very own supper club. i invited some friends and prepared a 4-course meal for them. it was so lovely seeing some of my dearest friends in the same room, getting to know one another. i knew that i had to make a special drink to commemorate such an occasion.
lavender lemonade
serves 1
ingredients
1 shot (30ml) vodka
1 tbsp (15ml) lavender syrup (i use monin)
3/4 cup (175ml) lemonade
1/3 cup ice
lemon slice to garnish
method
add your ice cubes to your serving glass.
pour in the vodka, followed by the lavender syrup and lemonade. stir to mix.
garnish with a slice of lemon and a squeeze of lemon juice.
note: you can also enjoy this as a non-alcoholic beverage by omitting the alcohol.
